Product Description

(H) RW11-12 (F) Outdoor High Voltage AC Drop Fuse (referred to as 'fuse') is designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV. It serves as a crucial protective element for circuits or electrical equipment in the event of an overload or short circuit in the power system. During normal operation, the fuse is connected in series within the power line, remaining in a tensioned state with the movable joint securely locked. In the event of a line fault, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint, causing the fuse tube to drop swiftly, thereby cutting off the circuit. This mechanism provides essential safety protection for the maintenance of lines and equipment. The load type fuse is enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover on top of the standard design, optimizing it to open and close the load current within the power system.

The fuse adheres to rigorous technical standards including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 High Voltage AC Fuses - Part 3: Injection Fuses, DL / T 640 - 1997 Outdoor AC High Voltage Drop Tested Fuses and Fuse Links Ordering Technical Conditions.
