Product Description

(H) RW11-12 (F) Outdoor High Voltage AC Drop Fuse, fondly known as 'Fuse,' is designed for use in outdoor overhead distribution systems, boasting a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV. This essential protective component safeguards circuits or electrical equipment against overloads or short-circuit faults in power systems. During normal operation, the fuse, connected in series within the power line, remains in a tensioned state with its movable joint securely locked. However, in the event of a line fault, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint. Consequently, the fuse tube swiftly drops, severing the circuit and ensuring the safety of both the line and associated equipment. Uniquely, the load type fuse integrates elastic contact and an arc-extinguishing cover, making it adept at opening and closing load currents within power systems.

This fuse adheres to prominent technical standards including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 High Voltage AC Fuses - Part 3: Injection Fuses, DL / T 640 - 1997 Outdoor AC High Voltage Drop Tested Fuses and Fuse Links Ordering Technical Conditions.
