(H) RW12-12 (F) The outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, referred to as 'fuse', excels in outdoor overhead distribution systems, boasting a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV. This crucial protective element safeguards circuits or electrical equipment from overloads or short circuit faults within power systems. During normal operation, the fuse is seamlessly integrated in series within the power line, maintaining tension with a securely locked movable joint. Upon line failure, the excessive fault current triggers the fuse to blow, unlocking the movable joint, swiftly dropping the fuse tube, and subsequently terminating the circuit. This action ensures essential safety protection, allowing for the maintenance of lines and equipment. Enhanced with an elastic contact and arc extinguishing cover, the load type fuse goes beyond the ordinary, adeptly opening and closing the load current within the power system.

The fuse adheres to rigorous technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, DL / T 640 - 1997, which specifies the technical conditions for ordering outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links.
