(H) RW12-12 (F) The outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, hereafter elegantly referred to as the 'fuse', is meticulously engineered for seamless integration into outdoor overhead distribution networks. It boasts a rated frequency of 50Hz and a robust rated voltage of 10kV. This fuse serves as the quintessential protective element for circuits or electrical equipment, especially during overloads or short circuit faults within power systems. In standard operation, the fuse is securely connected in series along the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with a locked movable joint. Upon encountering a fault, the resulting fault current triggers the fuse to blow, elegantly releasing the movable joint, causing the fuse tube to swiftly drop and seamlessly disconnect the circuit. This operation ensures supreme safety and protection, allowing for meticulous maintenance of lines and equipment. Furthermore, this load-type fuse is enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, providing superior functionality to open and close load currents within power systems.
