(H) RW12-12 (F) Outdoor High Voltage AC Drop Fuse, elegantly referred to as the 'fuse', is meticulously engineered for outdoor overhead distribution systems operating at a specified rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV. This integral component serves as a paramount protective element for circuits or electrical equipment, safeguarding against overloads or short circuit faults in power systems. During normal operations, the fuse seamlessly integrates in series within the power line, ensuring a tensioned state with its movable joint securely locked. In the event of a line fault, the ensuing fault current ingeniously triggers the fuse to blow, subsequently releasing the movable joint and swiftly dropping the fuse tube to effectively disconnect the circuit. This remarkable mechanism ensures exemplary safety protection, facilitating efficient maintenance of both line and equipment. Uniquely enhanced with an elastic contact and an advanced arc extinguishing cover, the load type fuse excels by offering the capability to open and close load currents within the power system, an advancement over the conventional model.
