(H) RW12-12 (F) Outdoor High Voltage AC Drop Fuse, affectionately known as the "fuse," stands at the forefront of protection for outdoor overhead distribution systems. Designed for environments with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV. This remarkable piece of engineering serves as a vital guardian for circuits and electrical equipment, safeguarding against overloads and short circuit faults within the power system. Under regular conditions, the fuse seamlessly integrates into the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with its secure movable joint. Upon encountering a line fault, the fault current initiates the fuse to blow, gracefully releasing the joint, ensuring the swift drop of the fuse tube, and effectively severing the circuit.
