(H) RW12-12 (F) The outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, known hereafter as the 'fuse', is expertly engineered for seamless integration into outdoor overhead distribution systems. It operates with a standard rated frequency of 50Hz and a robust rated voltage of 10kV. Designed as a critical protective component, it efficiently safeguards circuits and electrical equipment from potential overloads or short circuit faults within power systems. Under normal operation, the fuse is securely connected in series within the power line, maintaining a tensioned position with a locked movable joint. In the event of a line failure, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint. This action swiftly drops the fuse tube, effectively disconnecting the circuit to ensure the safety and protection of maintenance personnel, as well as the preservation of line and equipment integrity. Enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, this load-type fuse advances the conventional design by facilitating the opening and closing of load currents within power systems with unparalleled efficiency.

The fuse is meticulously crafted to meet stringent technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, DL / T 640 - 1997, outdoor AC high voltage drop-tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.
