General
XGN2-12 box type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in 12kV and below three-phase AC 50h system, especially suitable for frequent operation occasions. Its bus system is single bus (and can be derived from a single bus with bypass and double bus structure.
XGN2-12 box type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a plateau type product derived from ordinary switchgear and suitable for use in high-altitude areas. It has a perfect "five prevention" locking function.
The switchgear meets the requirements of the national standard GB39063-35kv AC metal-enclosed switchgear, GB / T 11022 common technical requirements for high voltage switchgear and control equipment standards, IEC 60298 AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment with rated voltage above 1kV and below 52kv and ec6064 common terms for high voltage switchgear and control equipment.
Model And Meaning
Normal Service Conditions
a. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ºC, the average value measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35 ºC, and the minimum ambient air temperature shall be - 25 ºC;
b. The altitude of the prototype switch cabinet shall not exceed 1000m and the altitude shall not exceed 3000m.
c. The surrounding air is not exposed to dust, smoke, corrosive and/or combustible gas, vapor, or salt mist.
d. Relative plasticity
The average value of relative degree measured within 24h shall not exceed 95%, the average value of water vapor pressure measured within 24h shall not exceed 2.2kpa, the average value of monthly relative temperature shall not exceed 90%, and the average value of monthly water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8kpa
e. When the equipment is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °
f. The equipment shall be installed in a place free from violent vibration and impact.
