Product Description

 
(H) RW12-12 (F) The outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, hereafter referred to as 'fuse', is expertly crafted for application in outdoor overhead distribution systems. It is meticulously designed to operate with a rated frequency of 50Hz and boasts a rated voltage of 10kV. This essential component acts as a critical protective element for circuits or electrical equipment during overload or short circuit incidents within power systems. In normal operations, the fuse is securely connected in series along the power line, held in a state of tension with the movable joint tightly locked. In the event of a fault, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint, leading to the swift drop of the fuse tube and immediate circuit disconnection. This feature ensures enhanced safety protection during the maintenance of lines and equipment. Furthermore, the load type fuse is enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, upgrading the standard fuse to proficiently open and close the load current within the power system.

The fuse is engineered to meet rigorous technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 which specifies the high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, as well as DL / T 640 - 1997 covering outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links under precise ordering technical conditions.
