LW3-12/630-20 intelligent outdoor high voltage pole-mounted SF6 circuit breaker is a new generation product developed by our company in response to the new requirements of the state grid for the primary and secondary contact of the pole-mounted switch. The switch configuration fully meets the requirements of the state grid for the primary and secondary contact of the complete set, which is convenient for the state grid to purchase uniformly and produce in batches. The switch is compact in structure, reasonable in layout, and complete in functions, and its standard meets the requirements of Guotong for secondary integration; The protection CT, zero sequence CT and zero sequence voltage sensor with unified parameters are characterized by wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy, and high reliability. The horizontal measurement is convenient for accurately determining various faults of the line. It is an ideal switching device to achieve "distribution network automation" and has the ability to split and close load currents, overload currents, and short circuit currents.
Main Advantages
The circuit breaker is designed according to the technical and process requirements of the switch without maintenance. With a simple structure, excellent arc extinguishing and insulation performance, small operation power, high rated parameters, long electrical life, and maintenance-free period (20 years), and other significant advantages: ☆ The shell is made of stainless steel, meeting the corrosion resistance requirements for permanent use;
☆ Explosion proof pool pressure device is added to prevent the circuit breaker from bursting due to the increase of arc fault pressure inside the switch;
☆ The incoming and outgoing line terminals are changed into insulated terminals, which can effectively avoid the interphase flashover fault caused by external factors;
☆ Low air pressure locking device is installed to make the air pressure under dual control, which improves the reliability of switch operation;
☆ Change the incoming and outgoing line end sleeves to organic insulator type, completely eliminating the crack of porcelain bottle caused by external force and lightning and the crack caused by porcelain factor, greatly improving the reliability of circuit breaker operation;
☆ Manual locking device is installed to effectively prevent misoperation during power failure operation;
☆ The interphase distance of the switch is increased to 250mm, which can greatly reduce interphase flashover and short circuit faults;
☆ The process of inlet and outlet bushing is improved to effectively prevent interphase flashover caused by electric discharge during switch operation;
☆ The inrush current controller can be installed, which can effectively screen the closing inrush current, and facilitate the setting of overcurrent delay and overcurrent break protection.
☆ Automatic controller is provided, which can be operated manually. It can not only be operated locally but also be controlled remotely or the main control can be combined with the FTU interface. The use of this product can not only reduce the floor area, reduce the project cost and eliminate the fire hazard, but also improve its functional characteristics and anti-corrosion performance, which can greatly improve the operation reliability of the power system.
