Product Description

(H) RW11-12 (F) is a state-of-the-art outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, commonly referred to as the 'fuse.' Ideal for outdoor overhead distribution systems, it operates seamlessly at a standard frequency of 50Hz and can handle a robust rated voltage of 10kV. This fuse is designed as a vital safety component to safeguard circuits and electrical equipment during power system overloads or short-circuit incidents. In normal operations, the fuse is strategically connected in series along the power line, held in tension with a locked movable joint. Upon detecting a fault, the fault current ingeniously triggers the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint and swiftly dropping the fuse tube to interrupt the circuit. This mechanism provides essential safety protection, ensuring the reliable maintenance of power lines and equipment. Enhanced with an elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, the load type fuse is engineered to efficiently open and close load currents within the power system, surpassing the capabilities of standard fuses.

The fuse is meticulously crafted to meet stringent technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 which pertains to high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: Injection fuses, DL / T 640 - 1997 which outlines the essential conditions for ordering outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links.
