(H) RW12-12 (F) This outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, hereafter referred to simply as the 'fuse,' is expertly engineered for seamless integration into outdoor overhead distribution systems, specifically designed for operational excellence at a rated frequency of 50Hz, with a rated voltage of 10kV.This indispensable component serves as a crucial protective element for circuits and electrical equipment, effectively safeguarding against overloads and short circuit faults within power systems. During regular operation, the fuse is strategically aligned in series within the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with its movable joint securely locked. In the event of a system anomaly, the fault current initiates the fuse's blowing action, releasing the movable joint, swiftly dropping the fuse tube, and consequently severing the circuit, thereby offering indispensable safety protection for both line and equipment maintenance. Uniquely, the load type fuse is enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, elevating it above the ordinary type for superior opening and closing of the load current within the power system.

The design and manufacture of the fuse adhere to stringent technical standards including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008, which pertains to high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, as well as DL / T 640 - 1997, which outlines the technical conditions for ordering outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links.
