SUMMARY
 
1. The design and development of DGJD type pre-installed safety fast grounding device are mainly to solve the following problems:
  1. In order to solve the heavy task of installing temporary grounding wires on overhead distribution lines at ordinary times, so that operators do not need to carry heavy temporary grounding wires to climb mountains and wade across rivers, reducing the labor intensity of operators;
  2. The knife switch can be operated when the person can stand on the ground, so as to avoid the risk of pole climbing operation by the personnel on duty, save the operation time, and eliminate the high-altitude falling accidents caused by pole climbing during such operations;
  3. The utility model solves the difficulty of installing the grounding wire when the overhead insulated conductor is not provided with a grounding loop;
  4. The installation of the grounding electrode is completed during the installation of the grounding switch, which saves the trouble of setting a temporary grounding electrode during conventional temporary grounding, and ensures that the grounding electrode is well grounded and the grounding resistance meets the requirements;
  5. The short circuit pipe of the grounding device is usually stored and managed in the power supply station, which can ensure that it is in good condition and avoid corrosion and poor contact caused by long-term wind and sun exposure.

Structure and Application Method

The device is divided into two parts. The first part is a pre-installed system, which is composed of terminal blocks, insulators, bases, and other parts, and is pre-installed on the line; the second part is the grounding conductive system, which is composed of blades, contacts, and other parts. It does not need to be installed at ordinary times. When grounding is required, the components can be hung in the pre-installed system by using a link rod.

Usage method:
The operation mode of grounding and grounding release of the device is as follows: when it is necessary to hook the grounding knife switch, the maintenance personnel only need to use the hanging ring to connect the movable shaft of the grounding knife switch to the U-shaped groove of the rear contact bending plate, and then push the locking part of the interlocking component on the grounding knife switch, so that the hook and the barb form locking coordination. At this time, the front contact - grounding knife switch - rear contact - base channel steel forms a grounding circuit, completing the grounding operation of the disconnector; When it is not necessary to hook the grounding knife switch, the maintenance personnel only need to pull the unlocking part of the interlocking component on the grounding knife switch to make the hook and the barb lose the locking coordination, and then use the hanging ring to remove the grounding knife switch from the U-shaped groove of the rear contact bending plate.

Packaging, transportation and storage

4.1 After all parts are properly packed or boxed, corresponding protective measures shall be taken during transportation to ensure that all parts will not be damaged, lost, stolen, deformed, damped, or corroded transportation.
4.2 The order number and delivery number of the Tenderee shall be marked outside the packing box.
4.3 The packing box shall be provided with obvious packaging, storage, and transportation pictorial marks.
4.4 The whole product or parts transported separately shall meet the requirements of transportation and loading.
4.5 The technical data provided with the product shall be complete.
