Product Description

(H) RW10-40.5 (F) Series, the exceptional outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse-henceforth referred to as the 'fuse'-is meticulously designed for use in outdoor overhead distribution systems, offering superior performance with a rated frequency of 50Hz and an impressive rated voltage of 10kV. This state-of-the-art protective element is indispensable for securing circuits or electrical equipment against the perils of overloads or short circuit faults within power systems. During regular operation, the fuse is seamlessly integrated in series within the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with a securely locked movable joint. In the unfortunate event of a line failure, the fault current deftly triggers the fuse to blow, liberating the movable joint and promptly dropping the fuse tube, effectively severing the circuit. This mechanism dramatically enhances safety and protection, thus facilitating the maintenance of lines and equipment. In addition to the standard features, the load-type fuse is equipped with an elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, ingeniously engineered to adeptly manage the opening and closing of load currents in power systems.

This exemplary fuse is engineered in full compliance with rigorous technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008, which pertains to high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, as well as DL / T 640 - 1997, which specifies the technical conditions for ordering outdoor AC high voltage drop-tested fuses and fuse links.
