Product Description

(H) RW11-12 (F) outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, hereafter referred to as the 'fuse', is designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems and operates with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV. This critical safety component serves as a protective measure for circuits and electrical equipment in scenarios of potential overload or short circuit faults within power systems. When functioning under standard conditions, the fuse is strategically connected in series along the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with a locked movable joint. In the event of a system fault, the resultant fault current triggers the fuse to blow, unlocking the movable joint, allowing the fuse tube to drop swiftly, thereby disconnecting the circuit. This operation ensures robust safety protection for both line maintenance and equipment. The load-type fuse variant further enhances functionality with added elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, facilitating efficient opening and closing of the load current within the power system.

The fuse is engineered to comply with stringent technical standards such as GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, DL / T 640 - 1997 outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.
