(H) RW12-12 (F) outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, affectionately known as the 'fuse', is expertly designed for seamless integration into outdoor overhead distribution systems. This sophisticated device operates at a rated voltage of 10kV, providing robust protection across power systems.Specifically engineered as a vital protective component, the fuse safeguards circuits and electrical equipment against the perils of overload and short circuit faults. When functioning under normal conditions, the fuse is strategically connected in series within the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with a securely locked movable joint. In the event of a line malfunction, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, promptly releasing the movable joint. The fuse tube then swiftly drops, effectively severing the circuit to deliver unparalleled safety protection, crucial for the maintenance of both line and equipment.
