(H) RW12-12 (F) outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, commonly referred to as the "fuse", is meticulously crafted for deployment in outdoor overhead distribution systems, with an operational rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage reaching up to 10kV. This sophisticated device acts as an indispensable protective element for both circuits and electrical apparatus in scenarios of overload or when a short circuit fault emerges within a power system. During normal operations, the fuse is strategically linked in series within the power line, maintaining a state of tension while the movable joint remains securely locked. In the event of a line failure, a fault current initiates the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint. Consequently, the fuse tube dramatically descends, severing the circuit and delivering critical safety protection vital for the maintenance of lines and equipment. The upgraded load type fuse encompasses an elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, surpassing the ordinary type by efficiently managing the opening and closing of load currents within the power system.

The fuse is designed to adhere rigorously to esteemed technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, DL / T 640 - 1997 outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.
