General
GCS low-voltage withdrawable complete switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is designed and developed by the original two joint design groups according to the industry competent authorities, the majority of power users and design units, which is in line with national conditions, have high technical performance indicators, and can adapt to the power market. Develop low-voltage withdrawable switchgear that can compete with existing imported products.
The switch cabinet is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings, and other industries. Large power plants, petrochemical systems, and other fields with a high degree of automation require a computer interface. As a generator with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage of 380V (400V), (660V), and rated current of 4000A and below. The power distribution and motor in the power supply system are centralized and controlled, and the low-voltage complete power distribution device is used for reactive power compensation.
The switch cabinet has undergone a comprehensive type test and passed the national compulsory product 3C certification. This product complies with GB7251.1 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment" EC60439-1 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment" and other standards.
Model And Meaning
Usage Environmental Conditions
1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ºC. And the average value measured within 24h shall not exceed 35˚C. Minimum ambient air temperature - 5˚C.
2. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters
3. Atmospheric conditions: the air is clean. When the maximum temperature is + 40 ºC, the relative humidity shall not exceed 50%. The higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. For example, the relative humidity is 90% at + 20 ºC. However, it should be considered that due to the change in temperature, moderate condensation may occur occasionally.
4. The surrounding air is not appreciably polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors, or salt mist.
5. When the equipment is installed, the inclination from the vertical plane should not exceed 5˚C
6. The equipment should be installed in a place free from severe pulling and impact.
